[Particle Size & pH]: ZeoClear™ Y has a particle size of 0.250mm to 0.595mm and a pH of 9.2.

[Composition]: ZeoClear™ Y is a naturally occurring granular attapulgite which has been thermally activated to remove impurities and maximize adsorption capabilities. This magnesium aluminum silicate is a tenacious alkali purification media.

[Adsorption Rate]: Provides moderate activity for gentle adsorption of color bodies. Adsorption Selectivity: 5 10. Adsorption Rate: 4 10. Fluid Flow Rate: 8 10. Binding Affinity: 8 10.

[Applications]: ZeoClear™ Y is capable of adsorbing pigments such as carotenoids and chlorophyll, as well as polar contaminants and some pesticides. It’s perfect for a light polish of extracts to remove unwanted impurities and color bodies while maintaining the essence and aroma of your high-quality starting material.
